Tee Pony are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all web shop purchases provided that the following criteria are met…
CONDITION
Returns must be in original condition, this means unworn and with all original tags and packaging. Please also include the original delivery note marked returns.
POST
Returns must be sent by recorded delivery or courier service and be adequately packaged. Please also retain proof of postage.
TIME
Returns must be sent back within the timeframes shown below. These times are from the date that goods are received.
UK - 7 days
EUROPE - 14 days
REST OF WORLD - 21 days
THE GOOD STUFF
Once returns have been received and goods checked, we will refund your credit / debit card or PayPal within 30 days.
THE BAD STUFF
UK customers – please note that only the cost of the goods can be refunded and not the cost of the original or return postage.
EU and INTERNATIONAL customers – please note that only the cost of the goods can be refunded and not the cost of the original or return postage.
EXTRA STUFF
EU and INTERNATIONAL customers - please mark all paperwork such as customs or postal forms 'unwanted returns' as failure to do so may result in import duty being added. This cost will then have to be passed on to you.
